We had booked VoyTrips package for 6nights and 7days (kullu-manali-shimla )and Ms Richa Sachdeva was assisting us during our trip. I must say Richs and the management team had managed the tour like professionals, they had updated all the information required before our trip and during our tour they were checking on us whether we were facing any issue or trouble. It was totally a hustle free tour, we both had a very very great time , drivers were really friendly and professionals; However we missed to visit kullu because of the rain and driver denied to take us to the place because of our safety.
